Club de Foot Montreal News Release
MONTREAL - After welcoming more than 300 youths this fall, the Montreal Impact unveiled on Friday the details for its Soccer Schools (SoSc) winter program.
For the first time, young players will be able to choose between two separate training grounds for the club's Christmas camp, which takes place from December 28 to 30, between 9am and 12pm; either at the Complexe sportif Marie-Victorin, in Montreal-Nord, or the Complexe sportif Bois-de-Boulogne, in Laval.
In addition, the Impact Soccer Schools will return to Quebec City, on December 27, for their annual clinic at Stade Chauveau. The club will also travel, for the first time, to the Complexe sportif St-Lazare, on December 16.
Starting on January 6, 2013, the Soccer Schools will once again offer several weeks of intensive training in six different locations across the greater metropolitan area:
o Centre sportif Leonardo-Da-Vinci, in St-Leonard
o CEGEP Vanier, in Ville St-Laurent
o Complexe sportif Bell, in Brossard
o Club West Island, in Beaconsfield
o Centre sportif Val-des-Arbres, in Laval
o Ecole de l'Odyssee, in Terrebonne
The Specialized Clinics for goalkeepers and strikers, as well as the Advanced Centre for Goalkeepers (through selection only), will also return in 2013, at the Complexe sportif Marie-Victorin.
Special offers for most of the Soccer Schools' winter training programs are available for those who register before December 3.
