TEAMS NOTES/TRENDS:
Mauler First
The Maulers won their first playoff game in the first season of action last Saturday. The Maulers hosted their first playoff game and gave the crowd a great game to watch as they rolled to a 65-35 victory. The Maulers could also reach and host their first conference championship with a win tonight.
Defense will be prepared
The Maulers defense has gotten the job done in the last two outings. The defense has been prepared and helped the offense maintain the lead. Against Miami, four defensive men recorded sacks, which is a game high for sacks. The defense will have to continue playing well if they expect to beat a good Rome team.
