SACRAMENTO, CALIF., May 12, 2007 - The Sacramento Monarchs today announced that the organization has waived guard LaToya Bond.
Bond was selected by the Monarchs as the 10th pick overall in the 2007 WNBA Dispersal Draft from the Charlotte Sting. She appeared in one preseason game with the Monarchs tallying three points, five rebounds and two steals in 17 minutes of action. The Monarchs roster now stands at 15, with 13 veterans and two rookies.
