MLS Issues Disciplinary Committee Decisions

NEW YORK - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Colorado Rapids defender Edgar Castillo guilty of simulation/embellishment in the 72nd minute of Colorado's match against Sporting Kansas City on March 24. The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued Castillo an undisclosed fine.

FC Dallas defender Reto Ziegler was found guilty of simulation/embellishment in the 65th minute of Dallas' match against Seattle Sounders FC on March 18. The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued Ziegler an undisclosed fine.

New York Red Bulls midfielder Tyler Adams was found guilty of simulation in the 17th minute of the Red Bulls' match against Real Salt Lake on March 17. Adams has been issued an undisclosed fine.

The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued an undisclosed fine to Vancouver Whitecaps FC defender Kendall Waston for failure to leave the field in an orderly manner during the 13th minute of Vancouver's match against Atlanta United on March 17.

Both Atlanta United and Vancouver Whitecaps FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy during postgame proceedings of the teams' match on March 17. Both Atlanta and Vancouver have been issued warnings for each club's first violation of the League's policy this season.
