Published on January 10, 2013 under Major League Soccer (MLS) News Release

NEW YORK (January 10, 2012) - Major League Soccer today announced the signing of two additional Generation adidas players as well as the complete rosters for the 2013 adidas MLS Player Combine.

Deshorn Brown and Kekuta Manneh have signed Generation adidas contracts, completing the 2013 class of seven players.

Brown scored 13 goals in 16 games during his lone season at the University of Central Florida earning him a spot on the NSCAA All-South Region First Team. In the summer of 2012 Brown played for PDL side, Reading United AC, where he scored 13 goals and received an All-League team nomination.

Born in Gambia, 18-year-old Kekuta Manneh is a dynamic forward that has troubled defenses since he began playing club soccer in Texas.

In addition to the initial list of Division I college seniors invited to the Combine, MLS has invited eight more college seniors. Brian Fekete (University of Tampa), Michael Bustamante (Boston University), Charlie Rugg (Boston College), Dylan Remick (Brown University), Jack Bennett (St. John's University), Ryan Clark (Monmouth University), Lebogang Moloto (Lindsey Wilson College [NAIA]), Stephen Okai (University of Mobile [NAIA]), and Drew Beckie (University of Denver) join the initial invites and the 2013 Generation adidas class.

Four youth international players: Franco Donado (Colombia), Junior Padilla (Honduras), Stefano Pinho (Brazil) and Kevin Mercado (Ecuador) will also arrive in Ft. Lauderdale hoping to impress MLS scouts and coaches before the SuperDraft.

Each team will be led by a collegiate head coach who will be assisted by an adidas youth club coach. Todd Yeagley, a former Columbus Crew player and head coach of the 2012 National Champion Indiana Hooisers, will coach Prime (green) alongside Paul O'Brien of Placer United Soccer Club. John Trask of University of Wisconsin-Madison heads adiZero (blue) with help from Don Gemmell of Texas Rush Soccer Club. AdiPure (white) will be led by Brian Tompkins of Yale University and will be assisted by Jonathon Colton of Bethesda Soccer Club. And Greg Andrulis, George Mason University, will lead the fourth squad, AdiPower (red), with the help of Jon Pearlman of Tanque Verde Youth Club.

Walker Zimmerman, Ryan Hollingshead, and Joe Franco are unavailable for participation in the Combine while Paolo DelPiccolo has declined the opportunity to attend. All players remain eligible for selection in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft.

In total, 72 players are set to attend the 2013 adidas MLS Player Combine.
