
Mississippi's Elliott Suspended Indefinitely

CHARLOTTE, NC - The SPHL today announced Mississippi forward Brandon Elliott has been suspended indefinitely for his actions in the Surge's game against Augusta on Friday, January 28.
During an altercation at 10:42 of the first period, Elliott was assessed a major penalty for elbowing, a match penalty for cross-checking, a major penalty for fighting and a game misconduct (aggressor).
Any appeal for Mr. Elliott's reinstatement would have to be approved by the league's Board of Governors.
