Miss Illinois USA to Appear at Chicago Slaughter Game

HOFFMAN ESTATES- On April 9th, the Chicago Slaughter will be having a special appearance by Miss Illinois USA! Miss Illinois USA's Angela Sparrow will be signing autographs before the game! Angela Sparrow of Chicago got crowned Miss Illinois back in November and will be representing Illinois at the 60th anniversary of the MISS USA pageant on NBC.
Miss Illinois USA will be located at a booth before the game for autographs at the Save Abandoned Babies Foundation. The Save Abandoned Babies Foundation is a not-for-profit volunteer group dedicated to saving babies from being abandoned with the Illinois' Safe Haven Law. The Save Abandoned Babies Foundation is making information available about the law to those who need it which will save innocent new lives. More information can be found at saveabandonedbabies.org.
Along with Miss Illinois USA appearing at the game, April 9th is college and mascot family fun night! Get your college buddies together and relive the college style and show your school spirit! Mascots from all around the area will be there to represent schools and sport teams of all kinds! Check out the mascots during half-time and see if you can spot your favorite one! The first 2,000 fans to arrive at the game will receive a free Slaughter Red Rally Towel! And as always, after the game you can go on the field to get autographs from the players, coaches, and dancers!
