Lee Tschantret recorded three blocks to hit the 300-block mark for his career in the Milwaukee game... Baltimore is now 3-5 in games versus Central Division opponents and 2-0 in overtime matches... The Blast host Eastern Division leading Philadelphia on 12/26... Baltimore has lost both matches versus the KiXX this season... With a victory, the Blast would close the year with a 4-2 record in December... F Giuliano Celenza's next goal will be the 100th of his career.

Greg Howes' goal versus Baltimore increased his five-year Wave/MISL career regular season total to 161 and he is fifth on the all-time Wave scoring list with 246 points (161g, 85a)... Milwaukee plays host to Division rival Chicago for their annual New Year's Eve Day game at 1:05 CST.

Tigres Notes - D Genoni Martinez is the MISL's two-time defending Defender of the Year, who finished second in the MISL in points last season, but hadn't scored a goal through four games and 25 shots this season, before breaking through with four goals over the weekend. Martinez (two goals) and F Marco "Chikis" Lopez (two goals) combined for four goals on Dec. 4 as the Tigres gained their first win, 6-3 over Chicago ... Only eight players have scored goals for Monterrey ... Tigres have been outscored 13-4 in the fourth quarter ... Have an overall goal differential of -12 ... Head coach Erich Geyer has been involved with 13 professional indoor championships as player, head coach, or assistant coach.

D Pat Morris collected his fourth MISL Defensive Player of the Week honor for the season after registering a pair of points and one block in each of the club's contests... GK of the Week, Peter Pappas, earned the pair of victories this weekend, improving his record to 6-4 overall this season... Pappas is second in saves (133) and minutes (600), third in save percentage (.743), and fourth in goals against average (4.59)... The KiXX travel to Baltimore for a 12/26 meeting with the Blast.

After 13 games last season, the Steamers were 3-10 as compared to their 8-5 w-l record this season, a 266.7% increase in win %... St. Louis has scored 22 more goals this season over last, while surrendering 13 fewer goals over the same number of games a season ago... Co-owners Wally Smerconish and Michael Hetelson have begun production on a reality television show that focuses on the team.

San Diego sits atop the leader board in power play goals (11) and power play percentage (73.3%)... San Diego's home match versus Cleveland on December 18 has been postponed.

- Through 50 games in 2004-05, 575 goals have been scored for an average of 11.5. The average for the 2003-04 season was 11.3.
