Eastern Division rivals Cleveland and Philadelphia meet for the first time this season. The Force was 4-2 against the KiXX in 2002-03.
Monterrey Fury at Baltimore Blast

Monterrey will head to Baltimore for their second game in two days. Members of the 2002-03 Blast Championship Team will receive their Championship Rings in a pre-game ceremony. (more)

Notes: Cleveland avenged its loss in Milwaukee on Friday, thanks in part to a three-goal, four-point performance from Ato Leone. The Wave pulled to within 4-3 midway through the second quarter, but Cleveland outscored Milwaukee 6-3 down the stretch to improve to 3-1 on the season. Jim Larkin saved 20 shots in the victory. Hector Marinaro's scoring streak ended at 60 games when he was held scoreless in this contest. Wave forward Greg Howes completed a productive weekend with a pair of goals; he was named the League's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Sidekicks keeper Sagu saved 17 of 20 shots for the win en route to winning Goalkeeper of the Week honors.

Goalkeeper Scott Hileman, who made a brief appearance in the game against the KiXX, is sixth in the League with a 5.19 goals against average. Lee Edgerton totaled three goals in the two games, and Ato Leone scored three goals and four points on Saturday. Rookie Aduato Neto also continued his hot start, with two goals and an assist. Leone and Neto enter the week tied for 10th in the League with seven points. Goalkeeper Jim Larkin, who made 20 saves in Saturday's win, is now 3-0 on the season and ranks third in the MISL in GAA (3.86) and save percentage (.782). Scoring legend Hector Marinaro, who moved back to defense for this season, was named the MISL's Defensive Player of the Month on Tuesday after scoring three points and blocking nine shots in three October games. The 38-year-old is tied for third in the League with 11 blocks. LEAGUE NOTES
- The MISL awarded October Player of the Month honors on Tuesday. Peter Pappas of Philadelphia was named Goalkeeper of the Month, David Doyle of Dallas was named Offensive Player of the Month, and Cleveland scoring legend Hector Marinaro was named Defensive Player of the Month.
- Members of the 2002-03 Baltimore Blast Championship Team will receive their Championship Rings in a pregame ceremony at 1st Mariner Arena this Saturday, November 8.
- Marinaro had a 60-game scoring streak snapped when he went without a point in a 10-6 win over Milwaukee on November 1.
- Milwaukee's Greg Howes has now played in 129 consecutive games. Philadelphia's Pat Morris (69) is also in the midst of a consecutive-games streak.
- The Milwaukee Wave is now 99-33 (.750 winning percentage) over its last 132 regular season and playoff games.
- The San Diego Sockers staff recently distributed more than 3,000 Ragu Snack Express Meals to victims of the wildfires in the San Diego area. Fans who bring donation items to the Sockers' home game on Thursday against Dallas will receive a free ticket to the contest.
