Miracle League Of Joliet Accepting Registrations Through April 1st

JOLIET, IL- The Miracle League of Joliet is now accepting registration for the 2010 spring season. Registration ends April 1st and costs $45.00 per child which includes a cap, shirt, end of the year award, and insurance. The Miracle League of Joliet is an organization for special needs children ages four to 19 that enables them to play baseball on a special rubberized field.
Last fall there were over 144 special needs children who played America's favorite pastime, BASEBALL!
The Spring season opens up May 15th and lasts six weeks with games played typically on Saturdays. Games are non competitive and last one hour and fifteen minutes on average with two innings played.

The Miracle League is also looking for volunteers to fill the buddy positions, team moms, coaches, etc. Buddies assist the players fielding and batting. For more information on buddies; please visit our website.
