Mill Rats Host Miracles in 1st Game of 2015 Tonight

(Saint John, NB): The Saint John Mill Rats host the Moncton Miracles in the first game of 2015 tonight at 7pm at Harbour Station.

The recently re-tooled Mill Rats have been extremely competitive of late, and are looking to start off the New Year on a winning streak!

At 3pm the Barnhill Lightning will play the PES Panthers at Harbour Station in local middle school action. Tickets to the middle school game is free and fans who attend can also pickup $10 tickets for the Mill Rats game tonight.

Tonight's game will feature the debut of All Star Canadian Alex "Superman" Johnson, who was acquired in a trade with the Mississauga Power for Jabs Newy on Monday.

After beating the Halifax Rainmen 105-104 on Sunday at Harbour Station, snapping a six-game losing streak, the Mill Rats pushed the Island Storm to the limit in their house last night before falling 123-118.

Anthony Anderson scored 28 points, Raheem Singleton and Jeremy Williams had 19 each, Kenny Jones 17, and Johnny Mayhane 15. Rashad Whack led the Storm with 17.
