Mill Rats Host KVHS & SJHS for Pink Jersey Night

(Saint John, NB): The Saint John Mill Rats host the Quebec Kebs on Thursday, Feb. 9th at 7pm at Harbour Station for "Cure on the Court" night. The Mill Rats, Coach Jackson and former Mill Rats David Cooper, will be wearing limited edition pink jerseys which will later be autographed and auctioned off. All proceeds go to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Atlantic Region. All funds raised in Atlantic Canada, stay in Atlantic Canada!
The Quebec Kebs have moved up to second place in league standings, 17-10, after defeating the Halifax Rainmen at home with a score of 103-80 on Friday evening. The Mill Rats sit at fourth place and are currently 13-14 after beating the Moncton Miracles in their last home game 90-80 on Feb. 1st.
Prior to the start of the Mill Rats game, the Mill Rats in conjunction with Harbour Station, will host the previously scheduled boys varsity high school game between Kennebecasis Valley High School and Saint John High School. Game time is 4:30pm.
The game was originally cancelled last week due to the closing of schools in their respective districts. As a notice to the public, in the instance of a school day cancellation, all extracurricular activities are also cancelled.
To encourage students (18 and under) to attend, tickets for the high school game will only be $5. This ticket will also grant you access to the following Mill Rats game. Seating for the high school game is first come first serve but attendees must return to their ticketed seat number at the start of the Mill Rats game. For those 18 and older, these upperbowl tickets are only $10.
Tickets for the high school game will be on sale until the start of the game at 4:30pm.

(Saint John, NB): The Saint John Mill Rats will be kicking off a second home game this week on Friday, February 10th against the Summerside Storm who currently hold fifth place, 10-19. Game time is 7pm at Harbour Station. Game theme is set to Mardi Gras so make sure you rock your beads!
Join the crowd at the Saint John Ale House earlier Friday evening for the chance to win courtside seats to the game that evening. Peter Stoddart from the Ale House adds, "The Saint John Mill Rats are on fire! Big game this Friday night - we are excited to offer a special Mill Rats Happy Hour from 3-6pm before the game in the pub!"
