Pittsfield Suns News Release
Your Pittsfield Suns kick off an exciting week of promotions at Wahconah Park on Monday night with Military Appreciation Night. We welcome all military and their families to join us at the ballpark to honor their service. Those in active service and veterans will enjoy free admission to tonight's game as well.
On Wednesday, the Suns will be giving away Red Sox T-shirts-Pittsfield Red Sox, that is! We continue to celebrate Wahconah Park's 100th anniversary season by commemorating the Pittsfield Red Sox of the 1960's. (Take a peek below to see what you'll be getting!) Not only did a Red Sox farm team call Pittsfield home, but it featured household names like Carlton Fisk, Sparky Lyle, George "Boomer" Scott, and Bill "Spaceman" Lee. They even brought a championship to the Berkshires! The first 500 fans will get a free T-shirt and gates open at 5:45 PM, so come early and don't miss out.
The Suns close out the week with our second fireworks show of the season on Saturday, June 22, presented by the Berkshire Eagle. Always a crowd-pleaser, the fireworks extravaganza is set to light up the night sky after the game. Make sure to get your tickets, because fireworks are always popular!
Good seats are still available for this week's games, including our new All You Can Eat tickets. Click here to get your tickets today! (Please note: All You Can Eat tickets are sold out for fireworks on June 22; they are available for many of our other games, including fireworks nights on July 4, July 16, and August 2.)
