Mid-Summer Magic Tournament to Begin Saturday

INDIANAPOLIS- The stage is set for the 5th annual Mid-Summer Magic 4-on-4 tournament to begin Saturday morning at 8:00am and run through Sunday evening. With over 140 teams participating in over 310 games during the two-day event at Kuntz Stadium, it is sure to be the biggest tournament yet.
When the games are finished and the winners are decided, the Blast will kick-off against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at 7:05pm in their first and only meeting of the 2003 season. All tournament champions will be recognized during halftime of the Blast game and all participants will receive FREE admission.
Tournament participants will receive an email late tonight containing a link to their game schedule for the entire weekend.
SOME LIKE IT HOT-Don't forget to sign up for the 1st annual Some Like It HOT Adult 4 on 4 tournament scheduled for July 26th. The day-long event will be followed by a pre-game party with the Blast kicking off at 10:00pm against the Vancouver Whitecaps in their only meeting of the 2003 regular season. The tournament registration deadline has been extended to Thursday, July 17th. THIS WEEK-The Blast will be at practice Monday through Wednesday at 7:00pm at Lawrence Park. On Thursday afternoon, the Blast will depart for Charlotte, NC where they will take on the Charlotte Eagles Friday night.
NEXT HOME GAME- The Blast will be home again on July 18th at 7:35pm as they take on the Milwaukee Wave United. It's the Second Annual "Dog Days of Summer." Bring your dog to the game and spend the evening with your best friend!
