Trevor Perpich scored the game winning goal with less than 2 minutes remaining in the 2nd period. The goal was Perpich's 8th goal of the season, and was the end of scoring for the Warriors who also got goals from Joey Ferriss (10) and Dan Sakalian (1).
The Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 lead before the North Stars got on the scoreboard.
The victory got the Warriors back to the .500 mark on the season with a record of 16-16-5.
In their next home game, Michigan Warriors host the Kalamazoo Jr. K-Wings on Friday, Jan 20, 2011 with a 7:30 face-off.
