
Miami FC Featured in South Florida Sports Super Pass

MIAMI, FL, October 1, 2009 -- The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Miami FC and nine other South Florida premier sports teams and events have collaborated to launch the South Florida Sports Super Pass, a one-of-a-kind and exclusive sampling of the best local professional sports.
Available for a limited time, October 1-30, sports fans will be able to purchase premium or regular-seat packages to Calder Casino & Race Course, The Florida Marlins, Florida Panthers, Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Homestead Miami Speedway, Miami Dolphins, Miami FC, The Miami Heat, Sony Ericsson Open and World Golf Championships CA Championship. The sports package represents a savings of more than $550 for the premium ticket and $150 for the regular-priced ticket.
"With one simple purchase, the South Florida Sports Super Pass provides tickets to 10 different sporting events spaced out through next year," said Aaron Davidson, President of Miami FC and chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber's Sports Committee. "I have seen packages with two team or event offers, but never 10. As a South Floridian and president of our pro soccer team, I am proud that our local sports organizations united to make this true package offer a reality. This unprecedented cooperation across all of our major professional teams and events will undoubtedly catch the attention of and be emulated by markets around the world."
The South Florida Sports Super Pass will be available for purchase online through Complete Ticket Solutions in two versions - the regular ticket package priced at $330 and the premium ticket package priced at $1,125. The South Florida Sports Super Pass will be promoted through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, along with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and Chamber South.
