The Steel City Menace signed defensive back Mike Carey. Carey is an explosive athlete with tremendous explosion and hitting ability. He is one of many candidates that will compete for a final spot on the roster. His resume is impressive:
At Concord University Carey was a wide receiver and a defensive back. He graduated in May 2015 with a degree in Sports Management. Carey was a Preseason All-America in 2014. He was also a First Team All Conference selection in 2013 and 2014 . His team was WVIAC Conferance champs in 2011 and Super Region 1 champs in 2014.
They were National Semi-finalist in 2014. Carey is a father to a beautiful daughter. She was born in 2015.
