CIF Texas Revolution

Meet Revs Player Roy Richard

May 24, 2018 - Champions Indoor Football (CIF)
Texas Revolution News Release

We want to see our army at Dave and Busters for tomorrow night's game against the Kansas City Phantoms. Kickoff is at 7 pm as the Revs go for 5 WINS IN A ROW!

If you've never been to a watch party, this is one you won't want to miss! Offensive lineman Roy Richard will be in attendance along with Alamo the lovable mascot!

The Kansas City Phantoms (2-7) are holding out hope to claim a playoff spot, but are in a must-win situation at home against the Revs. Kansas City has lost three of their last five games by seven points or less.

Texas has had the exact opposite fortunes, winning four games in a row, including blowout wins at home over the two top teams in the league: Amarillo and Duke City. After the Revolution's trip to Missouri, their final two games are rematches against those two Southern foes (@ Duke City June 2, Vs. Amarillo June 9).

In case you missed it:

Clinton Solomon had five touchdowns last week, the most he's ever had in a Revolution jersey.

Michael Dyer was suspended one game by the CIF after his ejection last week for leaving the bench area during an on-field altercation. Dyer can return to action next week in New Mexico.

Quarterback Andrew Jackson has thrown 11 touchdowns to just 1 interception in his first two starts for Texas. In the Revs first seven games, quarterbacks threw a combined 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

The Revolution can still clinch a first round home playoff game by losing out and having Duke City or Amarillo lose out. Those two teams play each other this Saturday in Albuquerque.
