McAllen Thunder News Release
The newest franchise in professional baseball the McAllen Thunder is waisting no time in setting up the tryout circuit as a resource to potentially signing players. As of April 20, 2011 the Thunder only have 1 player under contract and have 21 roster spots to fill." As a new franchise in a competitive league (North American League) we have to use all our resources to sign the best players we can find" stated Field Manager Matt Stark. All Thunder tryouts will include players being evaluated in live games.

June 4-Scottsdale, AZ- Scottsdale Stadium
June 11-12-Edinburg, TX- Edinburg Field
