
Mavericks Remain at #1 in ABA Power Rankings

The SETX Mavericks were ranked #1 in the National ABA Power Ranking for the 16th straight week for the 2010-11 season as released today from the ABA League Office in Indianapolis, IN, and for the 30th consecutive regular season week over the past two ABA seasons (both records for the ABA Power Ranking). The Mavs set the record for a single season of being ranked #1 in the Power Ranking last season for 14 straight weeks to end the 2009-10 regular season. The Mavericks snapped that record last week and extended it to 16 straight weeks at #1 this season. SETX is 22-1 and will play tomorrow night at home at their NJEC Arena in Winnie, TX vs the North Texas Fresh. The Mavericks have been ranked #1 in the ABA Power Ranking since December 7, 2009 till now.
The Mavericks are followed by the undefeated Jacksonville Giants (19-0) and the Colorado Kings (17-0) at the #2 and #3 positions.
