Mavericks Keep #1 Ranking

The Southeast Texas Mavericks continue their record breaking hold on the #1 ranking in the ABA Power Ranking.

No team in the American Basketball Association has ever held the #1 position for so long since the National Power Ranking Poll was initiated in 2004.

The Mavericks have been ranked in the top position the entire 2010-11regular season with this being the 15th week for this season. That along with being ranked #1 for the last 14 weeks of the regular season last year makes this the 29th straight week the SETX Mavericks have been ranked in the #1 spot.

The Mavericks are followed by two undefeated teams in the Jacksonville Giants (17-0) and the Colorado Kings (15-0) that will obviously challenge them for the Championship this season.
