
Maulers Provide Soldiers Sounds of Home

MONTGOMERY, Ala. âThe Montgomery Maulers are holding a phone card drive to benefit local troops stationed overseas. Many troops from the Montgomery area are serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom and wish to phone home more often.
The Montgomery Maulers are accepting 30-minute phone cards in exchange for one free sideline ticket to the June 4th home game against the Lakeland Thunderbolts.
For each phone card that allows 30-minutes of use one sideline ticket will be exchanged. The Maulers accept up to four phone cards per person in exchange for the free tickets.
The Maulers will begin accepting phone cards immediately. Those wishing to take part in this phone card drive must redeem their free ticket at franchise headquarters located in Eastdale Mall.
