ATLANTA - Atlanta United 2 returns to action on Monday, Aug. 21 when the team travels to MSU Soccer Park to take on New York Red Bulls II. The match is scheduled to kick off at 7:00 p.m. EDT and will be streamed live on Apple TV - MLS Season Pass, while fans can also tune into the Soccer Down Here audio stream.
In ATL UTD 2's last match on Sunday, Aug. 13, the team fell to New England Revolution II 5-1 at Gillette Stadium. Jackson Conway scored his fourth goal of the season on a counter attack in the 19th minute. Luke Brennan cut back a pass to Conway making a run down the left wing for Brennan's fourth assist of the year as Conway slipped in the shot into the bottom right corner. Matías Gallardo made his team debut, coming on as a 85th minute substitute after his July 27 transfer from River Plate.

Atlanta United 2 earned its first point of the season with a 1-1 draw against New York Red Bulls II on April 2. Erik Lopez scored in the fourth minute of the match after intercepting a pass at the midfield line and taking it all the way into the box for his first goal of the season. In penalties, New York's keeper AJ Marcucci made the only save to earn them the 5-4 shootout victory and extra point at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
