
Marshals Lose To Generals In Bottom Of The 9th

Just minutes ago, the Texas Marshals lost on the road to the Victoria Generals. The game was played at Riverside Stadium, and the Generals won by a score of 4-3. Pedro Barrios hit a single with two out in the bottom of the 9th inning to drive in Jonathan Reyes, breaking the 3-3 tie.

Lance Moszkowicz earned the win tonight, pitching three innings of no-hit, no-run relief. Dylan Porter was credited with the loss, pitching 5-2/3 innings. He gave up two runs, but none were earned.
For the Marshals, Ben Brookover and Andrew Plunkett each went 2-for-4. Brookover had a RBI, as did Logan Sepanek.
Tomorrow night the same two teams meet again in Victoria at 7:05pm. The Marshals then return home on Saturday night, July 11, when they host the Acadiana Cane Cutters. It will be "Bark In The Park Night" at Graham Field.
