Tonight the Texas Marshals returned home to Graham Field in Plano Texas to host the visiting Victoria Generals. The Generals won by a final score of 7-1.

Caden Williams earned the win for the Generals, and Romeo Cortina led the Generals' offense going 1-for-2 with a home run in the first inning and 3 RBI. Jacob Spring also had 3 RBI for the Generals.
For the Marshals, starting pitcher Ryan Hill earned the loss giving up 7 runs (2 earned) in six innings. He gave up three walks and recorded six strikeouts. The Marshals offense was led by Kyle Casserly, going 2-for-4 and scoring the Marshals only run.
Tomorrow night, Sunday July 19, the same teams meet again at Graham Field. Game time is 7:05 pm, and it will be the second game of the two-game series. Monday night will be an off-night for all TCL teams.
