Xallier Patterson comes to us from Denver, Colorado. Xallier's nickname is X Man, or Coach X.
X Man brings a wealth of experience to the Rapid City Marshals and will serve as an assistant to head coach, Shon King, specializing in DB and Special Teams coaching.
His coaching experience includes being an Assistant Offensive Coordinator for the Tennessee Valley Vipers of the AF2. He was also Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Receiving Head Coach in the AIFA for the Fayetteville Guard.
Coach X attended and was awarded All-American Wide Receiver at Fort Hays State University. He was recognized as AF2 Iron Man in 2000 and was the AF2 Iron Man Runner-Up in 2001. Some of his other accomplishments include playing Wide Receiver and Defensive Back for the AF2's Quad-City Steamwheelers, and Wide Receiver and Defensive Back for the Arena Football League's New Jersey Red Dogs. During his time with Quad-City he saw two consecutive years in the AF2's Championship Game.
