Washington-Fresno Raptors News Release

Kelso, WA -- Washington Raptors President/GM, Tim Joseph, takes pride in announcing the commitment of Marlon Mahorn.

Mahorn, the nephew of legendary great, Rick Mahorn from the original Bad Boys of the Detroit Pistons, noted NBA Champion, and assistant coach of the WNBA's Detroit Shock, has committed to the Washington Raptors. Mahorn is a 6'7" all position player who is rounded in all areas of the game.

Joseph states, "I'm ecstatic about the commitment of Mahorn. Here is a player of NBA caliber that creates match-up problems for the opposition. He's a complete player who is well respected throughout the basketball community".

Team owner, Regina Joseph adds, "I'm delighted with Marlon's commitment to the Washington Raptors. My GM as well as my coach, Lewis Lofton, are doing an excellent job building this team!"

Also committed, as a Special Advisor, is Andre Mahorn who's experience and knowledge is priceless.
