Bradenton, FL-The Marauders(21-20) dropped game two of their four game series with the Blue Jays (18-25) by a final of 3-1.
Dickie Joe Thon (1-for-4, HR) got things going for the Blue Jays offense with a solo home run to right field in the top of the first inning.
The Blue Jays added another run in the second on a fielder's choice by L.B. Dantzler (1-for-4, 1 RBI) that scored Anthony Alford (3-for-5, 1 run).
Colten Brewer (1-6) started for the Marauders and went 4.1 innings allowing 3 runs on 4 walks while striking out 8. Jays starter Chris Rowley (2-0) tossed 6 shutout innings giving up only 3 hits and 3 walks while striking out 2.
