Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders will host the Jupiter Hammerheads (Miami Marlins) for four games over three days this week. The teams play a single game on Wednesday, August 6 and Friday, August 8 at 6:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. On Thursday, August 7, the Marauders and Hammerheads will play a doubleheader comprised of two seven inning games. Game one will start at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 7 is a Thirsty Thursday presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota, your ticket to Thirsty Thursdays. Sodas and select draft beers cost just $1. Thirsty Thursday specials will be in effect for both games of the twin bill.
Friday, August 8 is Bright House Networks Customer Appreciation Night, featuring spectacular post-game fireworks from Bright House Networks. Bright House Networks customers can receive complimentary Grandstand or Left Field Bleacher seats by presenting their billing statement at the McKechnie Field ticket office. Upgrades to Infield Box and Infield Reserve sections will be available for $2 while supplies last. All fans at the game can enter a free raffle to win great prizes from Bright House Networks, including a 32-inch HDTV.
August 8 is the penultimate Free Shirt Friday. The first 500 fans will receive a Marauders Word Cloud t-shirt, covered in words associated with everything great about coming to a Marauders game.
Every Friday home game is also a Happy Hour Friday presented by Pier 22 Restaurant. Between 5:30 and 6:30, 500 free hot dogs will be given away and there will be great drink specials from Kayem and Cheney Brothers.
The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Monday-Friday gamedays the ticket office is open from noon until the conclusion of the game. The ticket office opens two hours before Saturday, Sunday, and morning games.
