Upper Marlboro, MD (January 16, 2009) - Paul Clary resigned as Director of Community Relations and Game Day Operations for the Maryland Maniacs of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Clary, who had previously been employed by four professional football franchises, joined the IFL team in the summer of 2008.
In 2003 and 2004 Clary worked with the Baltimore Ravens promotion department for their annual SpringFest. In 2006, he served as President, in charge of fund raising, for Button Club Charities. In 2007 Clary established himself in indoor football as the 9th Man Coordinator for the Baltimore Blackbirds of the American Indoor Football Association (AIFA). He also worked on the launch of the Baltimore Mariners of the AIFA as their 9th Man Coordinator. In 2008 he was named the Promotions Director for the Chesapeake Tide of the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL), and was later named Assistant General Manager. He also has extensive experience in community relations, event management, game day operations, fund raising, promotions, and also has performed locally as an actor.
