
Manchester Defeats Quebec In 2nd Champlain Cup Game

Barre, VT - In the second Champlain Cup- game tonight, the Manchester Millrats defeated the Quebec Keb's 136 - 97.
Player of the game was Manchester's Anthony Anderson.
Manchester was led in scoring by Alexus Foye with 19 points off the bench followed by Anthony Anderson with 18 points and Dwight Brewington with 17 points.
Quebec for the second night in a row was led in scoring by Cordell Jeanty with 26 points and 10 rebounds.
Ryan Holmes and Samuel Audet-Sow both chipped in with 18 points respectively.
With the win Manchester garnered all 13 available Champlain Cup points and Quebec finishes the Champlain Cup series with a total of 4 ½ points.
After discovering a scoring error in last nights first game between Vermont and Quebec, Vermont heads in to tomorrow's Champlain Cup finale against Manchester with 8 ½ points to Manchester's 13 points.
Tomorrow's tip is set for 7:05 p.m. and as always when Manchester and Vermont meet, it should be a hot night at the Aud regardless of the weather outside.
