
Major League Veteran Joins Drillers

June 4, 2008 - Former major league pitcher Aaron Fultz was added to the Tulsa Drillers roster Wednesday afternoon. He replaced pitcher Luis Gonzalez who was released by the Colorado Rockies.
Fultz, a left-handed reliever, has spent the past eight seasons in the majors with five different teams. The 34-year-old has a 25-15 big league record with a 4.26 ERA. All but one of his 463 major league appearances have come in relief with San Francisco, Texas, Minnesota, Philadelphia and Cleveland.
It will be a return to the Texas League for Fultz. He spent the 1997 and 1998 seasons in the TL with Shreveport, going 11-10 with 16 saves.
