Day two of Training Camp started bright and early on Monday morning with Game 2 of the Cusson Cup.

Second-year forward Lucas Romeo made his Training Camp debut after missing yesterday's events with a stomach bug. However, just 5 minutes into the first period he was hit awkwardly and forced to be taken to the medical room for precautionary reasons. His status is day-to-day and being monitored by the team's medical staff.

In the first of two 25-minute periods, Team Black started off strong with goals from Sam Bowness, Evan Nicholson, and Will Allen while Team White's Kiefer Lyons continues his strong camp by adding one of his own. Robbie Rutledge squeaked one through goaltender Hudson Bradley in a scramble to pull within one.

After the flood, Team Black started to pull away and at one point held a 5-2 lead. However on the back of Kiefer Lyons and Jack Carter, Team White clawed back to tie the game in the dying minutes to force another shootout. Mathew Butler and Kiefer Lyons both scored for Team White to secure the come-from-behind victory.

Game 3 of the Cusson Cup takes place at 5:00 pm on Monday evening from the Pownal SportsPlex.
