"There are still a few spots available to complete this season's player pool".

Open tryouts will continue this coming Saturday, February 4. The U16 and U17 Junior Lady Lynx sessions will be held at the Oakville Sports Centre, between 2pm and 5pm, for girls born 1989 and 1990. The U19 Boys Junior Lynx session will be held at the Soccerworld @ the Docks in Toronto between 8.30 and 10.30am on the same day.

JUNIOR LYNX ENTER 2006 DALLAS CUP

Following the success of reaching the U19 Dallas Cup Final in 2005, Lynx Academy Director Duncan Wilde has entered the U16 Junior Lynx into the 2006 tournament which is scheduled for April 9 to 16 in Dallas, Texas.

"No Canadian club team has ever won the Dallas Cup" states Lynx COO Nicole Hartrell. "I think our U19's came as close last season as anyone has ever done previously. The core of this U16 squad has been together for three years so they have a very strong bond and chemistry. Under the guidance of Duncan Wilde and his assistant, Billy Steele, the team has a tremendous chance to go all the way in this prestigious tournament. We certainly wish them every success!"
