Lynx Announce Summer Youth Camps

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx and Timberwolves Basketball Academy today announced it will be hosting four basketball camps throughout the month of July. The camps will occur around the metro area in Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Lakeville and Maple Grove, taking place on July 16, 17, 30 and 31. Each camp session costs $75 and is intended to each for girls aged 9-18 the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing and defensive skills.

With the camp fee, each participant receives a Lynx/Timberwolves T-shirt, a voucher for one ticket to a Lynx game and an opportunity for a photo and autograph from a Lynx player, as well as the instruction from Lynx staff members. Attendees are asked to bring their own basketball to the camp. To register for any clinic, go to http://events.wolveslynx.com/basketball-academy-registration-lynx.
