
Lynch Commits to Robert Morris

JOHNSTOWN - The Johnstown Tomahawks proudly announced today that forward Luke Lynch has committed to play NCAA Division I hocey at Robert Morris University.
Lynch, who is in his second season with the Tomahawks, will join his older brother Zac at RMU.
"I could not be prouder of Luke for this achievement," Tomahawks head coach Mike Letizia said. "He is fully deserving of the opportunity to play Division I hockey and at a great hockey program like Robert Morris"
Lynch currently leads the Tomahawks in all three scoring categories with 15 goals, 17 assists and 32 points.
"He is a huge part of our hockey blub in so many different ways," Letizia said. "This is a fantastic day for the Tomahawks and I know that coach Schooley and his staff will be getting a great hockey player but more importantly a great kid."
The Robert Morris Colonials compete in the Atlantic Hockey Association and are in second place in the conference.
The Tomahawks return to action Saturday, January 2 for Ladies Night. The team is offering a special $7 discount on tickets for ladies and is accepting dress donations to benefit the Cinderella Project. For more information, go to JohnstownTomahawks.com.
