Lowell Spinners News Release
LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Spinners, short-season affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, will be unveiling their new logo tomorrow, February 1, during a ceremony in the Clark Auditorium at Lowell General Hospital. The event will begin at 10:30 A.M. and will feature an exclusive first look at the team's new logo, an appearance by Spinners owner Dave Heller, and a fashion show featuring the team's new uniforms.
Following the unveiling, Heller, Spinners' front office, and our beloved mascot, Canaligator, will be available to the media during a brief reception featuring coffee and donuts. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to purchase new Spinners merchandise featuring t-shirts and hats.
The event will conclude with Heller, Canaligator, and the front office paying a visit to the pediatric ward to distribute foam baseballs featuring the new logo to the patients.
Out of respect for the hospital and its patrons, those who wish to attend have been asked to park on the third floor or above of the hospital's parking garage. Please RSVP to Connor Sullivan at (978) 805-5115 or by e-mail at csullivan@lowellspinners.com
