Louisville Xtreme Continues to Build the Defensive Line

Louisville, KY. - The Louisville Xtreme of the Indoor Football League has added 2 new players to their Defensive Line for next season. Eric Banford and Makini Manu will join the Xtreme for the 2021 Indoor Football League.
Head Coach Mark Stoute was eager to have Banford and Manu join the Xtreme.
"The defensive line is at the core of a championship team and both Eric and Makini bring us a physical athletic presence inside. Not only can they handle the inside run game they are both great pass rushers also. We are excited to have them on board."
Banford (6'3/275) had a stellar collegiate career at Western Carolina University and became a veteran of the indoor game splitting time with the Green Bay Blizzard and the Billings Wolves. Most recently in 2019, he was with the Cedar Rapids River Kings.
Manu (6'0/325) appeared in 24 games over two seasons with Riverside City College. In 2019 he appeared in two games and recorded four solo tackles for the IFL's Bismarck Bucks. A native of Carson, CA, he attended Carson High School finishing with 46 tackles, 5.1 tackles per game and two sacks as a senior.
The Louisville Xtreme are members of the Indoor Football League based in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Xtreme is coached by Mark Stoute and led by team president Chris Redman.
