
Louisville Xtreme Adds Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer

Louisville, KY. - The Louisville Xtreme have announced today the signing of former Tampa Bay Bucs defensive back Maurice Fleming. This will be his rookie season in the Indoor Football League.
Xtreme HC Mark Stoute was excited to bring Smith into the fold.
"Reese brings to us a physically talented defensive back with experience at the highest levels of football not only collegiately but also in the NFL and CFL."
FlemingÃÂ (5'11, 205) played college football at Univ of Iowa before transferring to West Virginia University for his senior season. He was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2017 and spent time on their practice squad. In 2019 he played for the CFL Ottawa Redblacks.
The Chicago area native earned four letters in high school as a defensive back and quarterback leading his team to the Chicago Public League title in 2010 and advancing to the state playoffs four straight years. He was a team captain as a junior and senior.
The Louisville Xtreme are members of the Indoor Football League based in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Xtreme coached by Mark Stoute and led by team president Chris Redman will play this season at the Yum Center in downtown Louisville.
