NASHVILLE - Nashville SC unveiled its matchday squad and Starting XI before its Wednesday night match against Hartford Athletic kicking off at 7 p.m. CT.
The Starting XI includes:
Keeper: Matt Pickens
Defenders: Taylor Washington, Forrest Lasso, Jimmy Ockford and Kosuke Kimura
Midfielders: Michael Reed, Bolu Akinyode and Lebo Moloto
Forwards: Kharlton Belmar, Alan Winn and Daniel RÃos
The bench will include keeper Connor Sparrow, defenders Justin Davis, Darnell King, Bradley Bourgeois and Ken Tribbett, and forwards Tucker Hume and Ropapa Mensah.
A few notes about the Starting XI:
Keeper
Matt Pickens makes his 14th start of the season
This is the first time a Nashville SC keeper has started four matches in a row this season
Defense
Jimmy Ockford makes his fourth start since joining Nashville SC on loan from MLS' San Jose Earthquakes
Forrest Lasso makes his third Nashville SC start after being acquired on loan from MLS' FC Cincinnati
Taylor Washington makes his 14th start of the season
Kosuke Kimura makes his 17th league start of the season
Midfield
Bolu Akinyode makes his 13th start of the season
Lebo Moloto makes his 19th start of the season
Michael Reed makes his 18th start of the season. He will serve as captain.
Forward
Daniel RÃos will make his 22nd start of the season
Alan Winn makes his fourth consecutive start
Kharlton Belmar makes his 16th start of the season
