(ST. JOHN'S, NFLD) - After a closely contested first half a dominant defensive effort blew the game open in the third quarter and the bolts never looked back in the London Lightning and the St. John's Edge game Sunday afternoon.124- 102 was the final in a big win for the Lightning.
Royce White led the way with 25 points 18 rebounds and 7 assists, Ryan Anderson added 20 points, Kyle Johnson scored 19 points off the bench, Garrett Williamson and Doug Herring Jr. both chipped in for 17 points. And Williams Jr. had 11.
The next London Lightning game is Thursday, March 15th at seven P.M. against the Cape Breton Highlanders. Tickets are available at www.lightningbasketball.ca or the Budweiser Gardens Box Office.
