Lightning make roster changes

Southern Crescent Lightning News Release

Effective today, 4/28/05, the following changes are made to the WBA's Southern Crescent Lightning's roster:

Brandon Bender is released.

Josh Oates is placed on Injured Reserve.

J.C. Mathis has been signed.
