Hargett headed to Detroit for NBA Pre-Draft Workout

Southern Crescent guard Jonathan Hargett (181-G-82, college: W.Virginia) has gotten an invitation from the Detriot Pistons to come up for a Pre-Draft Workout.

Hargett has been an integral piece of the Lightining's successful 9-3 start, while averaging 15 points, 3.8 assists, 1.5 steals per game. He has shot a consistent .433 from the field and .338 from the three point line for the season. Southern Crescent head coach Ricky Benitez said, "Jonathan has really worked hard and deserves this opportunity." Benitez added, "we will miss Jonathon and wish him the best!" Hargett is set to leave for Detroit on Friday May 27th for his Pre-Draft Workouts.
