(St. John's, NFLD) - The London Lightning used tough defense and a grind it out style of play to win a very well-deserved win in St. John's Saturday night. The Lightning fought hard for each other and played as a team to wear down a potent Edge offence. 101-86 was the final. The Lighting Lead the Series 2 games to 1.
Royce White led the way with 24 points and 9 assists, Kyle Johnson added 22 points off the bench, Garrett Williamson and Ryan Anderson Both scored 11, and Doug Herring Jr. had 10.
The next London Lightning game is Monday, April 23th at 7 P.M. (5:30 EST) against the St. John's Edge in Newfoundland for game 4 of a best of 7 series.
