(LONDON, Ontario) - Sunday afternoon, in front of 3,194 fans at Budweiser Gardens, the Lightning defeated the Brampton A's, 106-98.

The Lightning now stand at 2-2 in the best of five playoff series.

Marvin Phillips scored a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds, followed by Emmanuel Little with 20 points and Al Stewart with 14 points.

"This was a very intense game," said Phillips. "We had our backs against the wall, we knew we had to win and we did. This is now going to be a tough week of preparation for the series final on Saturday.

"We came out and fought hard tonight. We knew it was a must-win game and we responded," said London local, Enrico Di Loreto who chipped in 8 points. "On Saturday, we're going to come in with that same mentality and get that win."

The Lightning now play a must-win Game Five in Brampton on Saturday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to climb aboard the Fan Bus heading to Brampton to cheer on the team and can sign up through the Lightning website at www.lightningbasketball.ca.
