Lightning Defeated by Hurricanes in Championship Game

(HALIFAX, Nova Scotia) - Monday evening, at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, the London Lightning were defeated 125-117 by the Halifax Hurricanes in Game 7 of the National Basketball League of Canada finals.
Garrett Williamson and Stephen Maxwell both scored 25 points, with Williamson adding seven assists. Ryan Anderson recorded the teams only double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds and Akeem Scott contributed 13 points and 7 assists.
