(LONDON, Ontario) - Today, in front of 4,356 fans at Budweiser Gardens, the London Lightning defeated the Brampton A's by a score of 105-89. This victory evens the best-of-five series at one game apiece.

Garrett Williamson led the Lightning in the scoring department with 23 points. He also added seven rebounds and six assists.

When asked about the turnaround in the second half: "We turned up our defensive intensity. We only allowed eight points in the third quarter and that really opened the game up for us" said Garrett Williamson.

Elvin Mims was once again a force on the glass. He tallied 15 rebounds to go along with his 18 points for another double-double. Zane Johnson added 20 points off the bench.

The Lightning will play game three of the best-of-five series on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at The Powerade Centre in Brampton. Tip-off is at 7pm. A fan bus will be making its way to Brampton for this game. Tickets are $35 per individual or $60 per couple. This covers both transportation and admission to the game. Sign-up information is available on the Lightning website.
