SAN JOSE (Jan. 29, 2003) â Bay Area sports fans are invited over to San Jose CyberRays captain Brandi Chastain's house Saturday night.
Tune in Action 36 Cable 6 KICU-TV at 6 p.m. Saturday for ``Lights, Camera, Athletes'' in which Chastain will be featured as one of four Bay Area athletes to give a tour of their homes. In Chastain's segment, viewers will get to see her billiard room, site of many post-CyberRays parties, and the kitchen where she likes to cook for friends who visit to watch soccer matches on television.
The other athletes include with Jeff Agoos of the San Jose Earthquakes, Jon Ritchie of the Oakland Raiders and Adonal Foyle of the Golden State Warriors The show repeats at 10 p.m. Feb. 8.
The CyberRays open preseason training March 1 and open their 2003 season at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 5 against the Philadelphia Charge in Spartan Stadium. Season tickets are on sale now at CyberRays Tower, 1991 Park Ave., in San Jose or online at http://www..sjcyberrays.com/tickets/tix_seasontix.html. In addition, group tickets for the April 19 CyberRays-San Jose Earthquakes doubleheader are available at the CyberRays office.
