Les Olympiques Will Honour Pat Burns

Gatineau, November 23r 2010 ‚¬" The Gatineau Olympiques will honour the Pat Burns as part of their game against the PEI Rockets this Friday at 7:30 PM.

For the occasion, a minute of silence and a reminder of his time passed with the Hull Olympiques will precede the game. A sticker with the initials PB will be worn on the helmets of the Olympiques players for the rest of the season. A souvenir program in honor of Pat Burns will be sold at the entrance and a banner of gratitude will be hung at the Robert-Guertin Center.

Also, for each ticket sold at $16, $5 will be donated to the Burns Foundation which helps amateur sport in Gatineau. The Olympiques will also dedicate one day in November to Pat Burns every year. All funds raised during that given day will be donated to the foundation.
