Legends Take Series Finale against Soldiers

Game 3 of the series started out the same. As far as the score was concerned, as far as who was winning that was different. The Kankakee Soldiers went on a 11-4 run causing the Albany Legends to call an early but needed timeout. But the Soldiers led by Billy Baptist and his 15 points wouldn't let up going on a 10-4 run. New comer and former Patroon Lloyd Clinton came off the bench with 14 points to get the Legends within 7, 26-19. Ej Gallop and Will Harris for the Legends would come out of the break with 3's of their own. as the Legends got it to 3. But the the Legends started to get greedy shooting and missing 4 straight 3 pointers all being rebounded by the Soldiers who would get the lead back to 9. Field goals by Morris and Jackson would get the Soldier lead down to 6 at the half. The Second half was all Legends as Lloyd Johnson hit 3 threes and Damone Morris would hit 4 field goals as the Legends would storm ahead by 5. Ryan Edwards hit 3 big threes to keep it that way in the last 3 minutes of the quarter giving the Legends a 81-76 advantage. The 4th quarter was all Lloyd Clinton and the Legends once again as Clinton knowcked down a 3 and had 13 points in the final stanza, not to be outdone by Billy Baptist who had 15 and a total of 31 for all scorers as the Legends came back to win 120-106. Ryan Edwards finished with 30. Johnson and Clinton ended with 20 and 18 respectively. The Legends are back home for a three game series with the Gary Splash on April 29th-May 1st. First game starting at 7:05 P.M The Legends Wish everyone a Happy Easter.
